Born and raised in Santiago do Cacém, she joined the hotel when it first opened and has remained ever since — both in the kitchen and in the memories of those who visit. Her cooking is shaped by fire and seasonal produce, with every dish carrying a sense of place, emotion and the genuine care of someone cooking for others as she would for her own family.
